How much commission do we charge?

Depending on your loyalty status, we charge a commission in accordance with the Rate Table.

How do you price items in Heathen?

We appraise all items entrusted to us based on current and historical market data in order to achieve the most favourable valuation for you in terms of time and sales benefits.

When will I receive funds after selling my item?

Your funds will be ready for withdrawal from your Heathen Wallet 14 days after the sale.

How can I check the status of items I've listed?

The status of each product you have listed is updated in real-time in the Sales tab of your My Account panel after logging in.

What happens if my item isn't up to Heathen's standards?

Nothing. You will be informed of the acceptance status, and your item will be waiting for you to pick up at the physical store or will be sent back to the address you provided after payment of the return fee.

Can I pick up my items at any time?

Yes! You can collect your items from Heathen at any time. We just need sufficient notice so we can prepare them for you.
